For our mango pickle, mangoes are sourced directly from farmers, and we use cold-pressed mustard oil. The spices are sun-dried and then ground using a traditional stone grinder (silbatta), before being used in the preparation.️

Traditional Preparation
Raw Mango Selection – fresh kachha aam sourced from villages, cut & naturally dried.
Oil & Masala Prep – cold pressed oil mixed with hand-grind traditional spices.
Hand Mixing – mango pieces evenly coated with rich masala.
Sun Maturing – stored in ceramic barnis and sun-matured for authentic homemade flavour.
Storage
- Store in cool & dry place
- Refrigerate after opening
- Always use dry spoon
- Best Before: 12 months from packaging
