Traditional Preparation
Green Chilli Selection – fresh hari mirch carefully selected, washed and naturally dried to maintain taste and texture.
Oil & Masala Prep – cold pressed oil mixed with hand-pisa traditional spices for rich flavour.
Hand Mixing – hari mirch is evenly coated with authentic masalas.
Sun Maturing – stored in ceramic barnis and sun-matured slowly for traditional homemade taste.
