Domestic Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
At Snveda’s, we aim to deliver freshness with speed. All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed on our website, subject to product availability.
In most cases, orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day. Our dispatch operations run throughout the week to ensure timely delivery.
Shipping Charges
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹65 on all domestic orders across India.
Delivery Timeline
For domestic orders, delivery is typically completed within 2–7 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.
For international orders, delivery generally takes 10–12 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on destination country and customs processes.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details.
You can also track your order anytime using your order number and registered phone number on our tracking page.
Damaged Package Policy
We ensure that all products are carefully packed to maintain their quality and safety during transit.
In case you receive a damaged outer carton or broken jar, please take a clear photo of the package and share it with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged product.
Exchange Policy
As our products are food items, we currently do not offer exchanges once the order has been delivered.
