Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Snveda’s, we take great care in preparing and packaging our homemade products to ensure they reach you in the best condition. Due to the perishable and handmade nature of our products, we follow a strict Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
As our products are food items prepared in small batches using traditional methods, we are unable to resell returned items. Therefore, all sales are considered final once the order is successfully delivered.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Product Unavailable: If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed and payment has already been completed.
Damaged Product: If the product is delivered in a damaged condition. Customers may be required to share clear photos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery.
Order Lost in Transit: If the order is not delivered due to it being lost during shipping.
After reviewing the issue, our team will confirm eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed or dispatched.
However, Snveda’s reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons such as:
product unavailability
incomplete or incorrect order details
suspected fraudulent transactions
unforeseen operational issues
If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

We may request additional details to verify refund or cancellation requests.
Each request is reviewed carefully to ensure a fair resolution for both customer and brand.
